About Us
“CustomConcepts started by offering personalized iPhone4 backcovers and cases in the Dutch market. We quickly expanded into six additional European markets within our first four years, and celebrated a major milestone with our 100,000th client. Our growth continued as we acquired and relaunched the second brand, MyPersonalisedCase (Hoesjemaken.nl), expanding our reach into six more European markets. As part of our commitment to quality, we established our Print-On-Demand Facility and rebranded the company as CustomConcepts. In 2018, we further expanded by launching our web shops in the American market. We moved to a larger production facility in 2019 and relocated our offices in 2020. Our dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction led us to reach an impressive milestone of one million clients in 2021. In 2023, we decided to streamline our focus on branding and e-commerce, outsourcing production to ensure continued excellence in delivering personalized products to our growing customer base.”
